Overview
YY Hub (yyhub.cc) is a curated navigation and resource directory site. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Important: YY Hub is a link aggregator and does not host, store, or distribute third-party content directly. Our site provides links and references to content hosted on external platforms. If copyrighted material you own appears on a third-party platform linked from our site, we recommend also filing a takedown notice directly with that platform.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on yyhub.cc infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at:

Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice
Your notice must include all of the following to be valid:
Identification of the copyrighted work — Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, provide a representative list.
Identification of the infringing material — Provide the specific URL(s) on yyhub.cc where the allegedly infringing material appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
Your contact information — Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy statement — A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Signature — Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may not be acted upon. We reserve the right to request additional information before processing a notice.
Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid, complete DMCA notice, we will:
Review the notice for completeness and validity
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material or link promptly
Notify the content submitter (if applicable) that the material has been removed
We aim to act on valid notices within 5 business days.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to yyhubcc@gmail.com with the following:
Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be located, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice
Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us they have filed a legal action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
YY Hub maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
Limitation of Liability
YY Hub acts as a passive index and link directory. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for content hosted on third-party sites. Our removal of a link does not constitute an admission of liability or infringement.
